When people see me for the first time, they often call me a ‘thinny girl.’ Looking at my appearance, I’m tall and quite slim. I have some issues that cause me to not want to eat lunch, and it doesn’t really matter to me—I just don’t feel hungry. Even at night, I eat dinner late because I don’t have the urge to eat. My weight is fine and fits my height, but people around me advise that I should go to the hospital to check if I have any health problems. I’m not sure, but maybe I will see a doctor.

It sounds like you’re dealing with a challenging situation regarding your eating habits and how others perceive your body. It’s great that you’re considering seeing a doctor, as they can provide valuable insights and guidance regarding your health and any underlying issues related to your appetite.

Even if your weight is within a healthy range, it’s important to listen to your body and understand what feels right for you. If you’re not feeling hungry, it could be related to various factors, including stress, anxiety, or even a medical condition. Speaking to a healthcare professional can help you determine if there’s anything to be concerned about.

In the meantime, it might be helpful to explore gentle ways to encourage your appetite, like trying different foods or eating with friends or family, as sometimes social situations can help stimulate hunger. Prioritizing your well-being and comfort is essential, so take the time you need to figure things out!
