  These days, I’ve been going through a lot of trouble in my daily life. I lost my money, had an argument with a co-worker, and I’m facing financial difficulties. My mind feels tangled and overwhelmed. I just feel like I can’t control the things happening to me. It’s all too much, and it’s making me feel exhausted.
